I had an excellent experience. I’m traveling and staying at nearby hotel. I brought a bag of laundry in, young man who helped me was amazingly polite and kind. I arranged to have the laundry delivered back to my hotel and it was there clean and folded when I got back to my room that evening. Highly recommend.

20£ for 2 people (1 week of laundry ) same day return nicely folded. Family owned business and would recommend . On holiday and brought my suitcase to unload . No issues very smooth

Dropped off our laundry around 10am, picked up again before 4pm. No fuss. Unfortunately they do not deliver to hotels on Princes St., but are quite accessible anyway via the buses or tram. They're just behind Haymarket station & surrounded by interesting restaurants, so can combine the laundry errand with a good brunch or coffee stop.

Recommended by our hotel since it's a very short walk from the Haymarket tram stop. My teenage daughter and I are on vacation and needed a load of laundry done. Busy place, but exceptionally friendly service with ample staff and it took just minutes to drop off around lunchtime. We were able to pick it back up just before closing and our clothing was clean, folded, and they remembered us and had it ready. Truly great service, only a few minutes out of our day for clean laundry - didn't have to waste a second of precious sightseeing in this wonderful city.

We used Crystal Hospitality Services during a longer tour. They were efficient and friendly. An easy walk from Edinburgh center.
